The North Plano
NPCC
Canning Company
Based in suburban North Texas, NPCC epitomizes the farm-to-table movement in America. Using only the freshest organic produce and locally grown herbs, NPCC is committed to the producing only the highest quality canned and pickled goods.
NPCC was born as the vision of herb farmer and wanna-be chef Eric Brandt(Son of Farmer Brandt). When wanting to learn the age old practice of canning, Eric was inspired by his mother’s words, “You can do it yourself, because I’m not going to that trouble!! And on top of that, I don’t even like okra!!!”
Since then Eric has embraced the traditional techniques of pickling and canning. Like everything else in his life he is learning on the fly and has yet to seriously hurt himself or anyone else.
